Norene K. White (Hill) was born on July 24, 1943, in Newport News, Virginia. She said goodbyes on October 20, 2024, in Williamsburg, Virginia at the age of 81. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, and friend who shared laughter and had an infectious joy.

She was survived by her son, Gary White and his wife, Carrie; granddaughter, Olivia Lyons; grandsons, Brandon Hankins and Brice Hankins; six beautiful great grandchildren; her sister, Marilyn Hyde; and bother, Howard “Bo” Hill.

She was proceeded in death by her grandson, Garrett White; parents, Virginia and Howard Hill; sisters, Blanch Rumburg. Sherry Dagon, Linda Trainham; and her brother, Robert “Bob” Hill.

She retired as a civil service worker from Fort Eustis, Newport News, Virginia.

Memorial services: There will be a celebration of life to be held at a future date. Family and friends will be notified in advance.
