Norfolk- Norman “Lee” Phelps III, 35, of Pleasant Ave of Norfolk, Va, passed at Maryview Hospital on Thursday, March 9, 2017. He was an amazing guitar player and loved his music. He had a wonderful heart and soul.
Survivors include his father Norman Lee Phelps JR, fiance’ Jennifer Ridgeway, son Norman Lee Phelps IV age 6, daughter Willow Juelynn Phelps age 7 weeks, three stepchildren, two sisters Autumn Lee Bellamy and Harmony Jolene Phelps and two nieces Makaila Bellamy and Jaiden Bellamy.
A Service will be held at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 929 South Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake, Va on Wednesday, March 22 at 7pm. Cremation Society of Virginia is assisting the family.
