Our hearts are breaking at the loss of your extraordinary mother. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. Just knowing that Auntie Pat is now with Uncle Jr gives us great comfort that they are back together dancing and singing with the angels. Auntie Pat and Uncle Jr were truly two amazing people that my parents had the privilege of knowing for over 60 years. Auntie Pat's heart was huge and filled with love for her family and friends. Her smile would light up in the darkest room. Uncle Jr's voice always gave me chills when he sang in the Good Shephard choir. I was so lucky to have been able to sing with him for those years. Knowing that we all have two wonderful guardian angels up there helps to heal our hearts. With all our love, Andy, Jean, Darlene, Darlo Concepcion and family.
