Patsy Blanchard, 89, passed away in Chesapeake on February 16, 2024, just one day shy of her 90^th birthday. She was born February 17, 1934. She was a graduate of Norview High School in Norfolk.

Patsy was known for her extreme love of music, movies, gardening, interior decorating, dancing, traveling, helping people, and was an amazingly skilled knitter. Her hands were never idle. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her family meant everything to her and she always went out of her way to make every holiday special, surrounding them with love, and a beautifully decorated home.

Left to cherish their memories of her are her three children, Stu (Tracy), Robin (Jack), and Scott; 4 grandchildren, Tim (Marietta), Ryan (Tati), Leigha (Kolle), and Reese; 3 great grandsons, Miguel, Henry, and Benjamin; Sister, Carol (Max); Brothers, Harold (Sharon), Bob (Billie), and Jim (Barbara); and numerous nieces, nephews, and loving friends.

Patsy’s family and friends celebrated her life on her birthday, February 17, surrounded by nearly her entire family, as she would have wanted it.
