He was a Navy Veteran serving four years proudly in the US Navy during the Korean War. He earned an Electrical Engineering degree from Virginia Tech. Paul was a member of Baylake Methodist Church for over 40 years where he served the lord faithfully. Paul and Betty assisted in fourteen mission trips all over the world.
A loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 61 years Betty Bangle Fultz; grandson David Kevin Fultz, Jr.; daughter in law Mary Waskey Mattice; granddaughters Virginia Anne Fultz and Memory Lee Fultz; daughter in law Madonna Rodgers; great grandsons Tristen Conner Fultz and Adrien Jayden Fultz; brothers Ray C. Fultz, Charles C. Fultz; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held for immediate family. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Baylake Methodist Church, 4300 Shore Dr., Va. Beach, VA 23455. Online condolences may be expressed at www.cremate.org.
