Peggy J. Setzer 

Chesapeake – Peggy Setzer, 64, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her husband and daughter on January 26, 2016 from liver cancer. She was preceded in death by both of her parents, Emily and Oliver Moots.

Peggy is survived by her husband of 46 years, James H. Setzer and their daughter Erica Setzer. She is also survived by her aunt Doris Moots and family; siblings, Mary Milirons, Vicki Richardson (Robert), Richard Moots (Becky), Thomas Moots (Sharon), David Moots (Marie), Doris Hunt (Ricky), Jack Moots (Kathy), Reese Stefancik (Mark), and Elizabeth Stewart. As well as many nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed bowling with the Eager Beavers for the last 13 years. As well as making sure that everyone had their own homemade jewelry from her. She enjoyed her flowers as well as the beach. Peggy was an active VCL member for 23 years.

The service will be held at Altmeyer Funeral Home on Greenwich Rd. Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 1:00 pm. Cremation Society of Virginia is assisting the family and online condolences may be expressed to vacremationsociety.com.
