Phillip Royce Orme, 69, went home to his Heavenly Father on June 3, 2014. He was the son of the late Roderick & Alice Orme and is predeceased by his sister Sandra and brother Steven.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 13 years, Sharon Orme, children Kevin, Michele and Freddie, his pets Gabe & Zoey, Brother Roderick Carol, Wayne and numerous family members and friends.
He was a US Navy Vet. He retired from C & P Telephone Company and then COX Communications. He loved playing golf and smoking cigars in his man cave.
A celebration of life will be held June 26th at 11am at SonRise Christian Church, 600 Independence Blvd. VB, VA 23462. Interment will follow the service at 2pm at Albert G. Horton Veterans Cemetery, 5310 Milners Rd. Suffolk, VA 23434. The family will be receiving friends prior to the service from 10-11 am at the church.
The family wishes to thank Gentiva Hospice and Sentara Princess Anne ICU for the wonderful care and compassion during Phil’s illness.
