Phillip is survived by his wife Beverly Jeanine Lowe; his siblings—Wayne [Bev] Lowe, Nancy Bovard, Cynthia Lowe, Donna [Johnny] Holloway, and Debbie [David] Schmidt; and a host of other relatives and friends. Phillip was preceded in death by his son, Kyle and his parents Hansel and Nellie Lowe.
A lifelong resident of Poquoson, VA, he served in the Vietnam War and owned an underground cable business for many years. He loved the water and was known to bend many an ear with his assorted fishing tales.
To Phillip, strangers were only friends he hadn’t yet met. He will be remembered as a generous and caring man who was always willing to help anyone in need. Forever missed, he will remain loved by all who knew him.
There will be a memorial service will be conducted at a later date at Clayton Rollins Funeral Home, 836 Poquoson Ave, Poquoson, VA.
Cremation Society of Virginia-Newport News assisted the family with arrangements.
