He is preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Nancy Hunt, and survived by his son William, and sisters Elaine Speer and Carolyn Burks.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Remembrances may be made to Bon Secours Hospice, 3636 High St. Portsmouth, VA 23707, who provided care to Ralph and Nancy and support to William.
