Norfolk – Ralph Rollin Young, passed away on July 12, 2017. He was born August 24, 1926 in Fullerton, California. He is preceded in death by his lovely wife Julie, daughters Debra Agnello and Jo Anne Brown, grandson Kevin Agnello, granddaughter in-law Jenna Agnello, great granddaughter Jenna Agnello Sansome and 4 brothers and 1 sister.
Ralph retired from the Navy after 27 plus years as a Master Chief on the ODAX SS484 then went on as a programmer with Unisys. He was an avid golfer who loved teaching kids at Ocean View Golf Course for years. Loved his family and the golf community.
He is survived by his son in-laws Richard Agnello and Robert Brown, grandchildren Bryan Agnello, Ryan Brown, Loren Ford, her husband Ryan and his close friends Carol, Leslie and Rose.
A grave side service with be held on Thursday, July 20th at Forest Lawn on Granby St in Norfolk at 10 am with Military Honors. Reception to be held at 2961 Heutte Drive, Norfolk VA directly afterwards.
