Windsor – Raymond Douglas Smith passed away February 4, 2013. Raymond was predeceased by his parents, Clarence and Elsie Smith; brother, Clarence and sister, Elizabeth Charles. He is survived by his wife, Jane Davis Smith; sister, Edna Bloch Marvin; brother, James W Smith Judy; sister-in-law, Margaret Smith; son, Steven Smith; daughter, Amy L Banks John; grandson, John, daughter, Stacey S Drake; granddaughter, Brittney Putnam; great-grandson, Jayden; step-daughter, Niki Jernigan; sons, Nicholas and Bradley; and many nieces and nephews. Smitty was a former Portsmouth police officer, Isle of Wight Co. Deputy. He was the owner of Windsor Auto Sales, and former Bondsman. Cremation Society of Virginia is handling the arrangements.
