Raymond E. Lett, Sr.

Virginia Beach – Raymond E. Lett, Sr., 88, passed on July 3, 2013. Raymond was a retired LCDR in the US Navy after 27 years of service. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be missed by all.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 66 years, Mary; 8 children, Brenda Bacle Bennie, Marsha Lett, Raymond Lett, Jr., Mark Lett Liz, Robbie Lett Carleen, Pat Moore Nick, Mike Lett Stephanie and Rick Lett Julie; 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Edward D. Lett and Ralph H. Lett; 1 sister, Shirley L. Callihan; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 3pm on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Virginia Beach United Methodist Church, 212 Nineteenth St., Va Bch, VA 23451. Cremation Society of Virginia is handling the arrangements. Online condolences may be expressed to www.cremate.org.
