Portsmouth, VA. – Richard Denis Oser, 65, of Belleville, IL, died September 7, 2016 at his residence.
He is survived by his three children, Ashley Patrick, Joel Oser and Allison Oser; siblings, Rex Oser, Roxanne Oser Wingate, Robyn Albin. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew, as well as three grandsons. He is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Oser, Dorothy Oser and Marcy Oser.
