Continue ReadingVirginia Beach- Fri., June 15, Robert A. Megna, 64, passed away in his home. Born 23 August 1953 in Pensacola, FL to parents Phillip E. and Brenda B. Megna. He attended Kempsville High School and worked various jobs in the area. Fishing, camping, and “chilling” were among some of his favorite activities. He is predeceased by his father Phillip E. Megna. He is survived by the love of his life Kathy, mother Brenda B. Megna, sister Liz M. Sferrella, nephew Franco P. Sferrella, and granddaughter Hayley Marie. A celebration of life service will be held at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Maestas Chapel, 1801 Baltic Ave, Virginia Beach on Sat., June 23 at 1:00 pm, with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers the family wishes that donations be made to Kindred Hospice, 5544 Greenwich Rd Suite 202, Virginia Beach 23462. Cremation Society of Virginia is handling the services.
