Roger W. Hinkley of Windsor, VA passed away peacefully on May 20, 2025, in Newport News, VA, at the age of 67. He was born on August 6, 1957, in Florida to the late Martha and William Hinkley.

A self-employed painter by trade, Roger was also a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He is survived by his son, Roger A. Hinkley, and daughter-in-law, Ariella. He leaves behind three cherished grandchildren: Leilani, River, and Mateo Hinkley. Roger is also survived by his siblings, James Hinkley and his spouse Chris, Toni Moro and her spouse Bobby, and Robin Morales and her spouse Joe. In addition to his immediate family, Roger will be fondly remembered by many extended relatives and friends.
