Ronald Paul Cisko, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family on May 21, 2026, in Chesapeake, Virginia. He was 92 years old.
Born on August 16, 1933, in Allegheny, Pennsylvania, Ronald lived a life characterized by hard work, dedication to family, and a passion for the simple joys of life. His professional career was centered around the mobile home industry, where he excelled as a truck driver, installer, and repair specialist. Ronald had a remarkable ability to handle any task related to mobile homes, earning him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and clients alike.
Outside of his work, Ronald treasured the time spent with friends and family above all else. He was an avid fan of western films, especially those starring John Wayne, which provided him countless hours of enjoyment. A loyal supporter of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Ronald never missed an opportunity to cheer for his favorite team. His love for fish was well-known among those close to him, and he generously shared his enthusiasm with others.
Ronald was a member of Refresh Church, where he found community and spiritual fulfillment. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need, embodying the values of kindness and generosity.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Wayne Burki and Hilda Cisko. Ronald leaves behind his beloved wife, Donna Cisko; sons, Ronnie Kirk Cisko, Steven Paul Cisko, and Aaron Wayne Cisko; daughters, DeDe Cisko and Ronny Lynn McMillian; and many cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and friends who will miss him dearly.
