Ruth Worsham Kilpatrick of Williamsburg, Va. passed away on May 15, 2025 at the Hospice House of Williamsburg. Born in Powhatan, Va. she was preceded in death by her husband, Jake Kilpatrick and her biological parents, Willie M. Worsham,, Sr. and Ethel G. Worsham and also her parents who raised her, Willis Cleveland Worsham and Ida Estelle Worsham. She is survived by her daughter, Audrey M. O’Keeffe (Barney); her son Ned Mankin (Peggy); two grandsons John O’Keeffe (Jennifer), Scott O’Keeffe; one great grandson, Colin O’Keeffe and her brother Wesley T. Worsham (Janet). Ruth lived in White Stone, Va. for thirty-five years before moving to the Verena in Glen Allen and later to Spring Arbor in Williamsburg. She volunteered at Seconds Unlimited and attended Irvington Methodist Church. At her request, there will be no service and burial will be private. The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors at Sentara Hospital and the staff at the Hospice House for their wonderful care and kindness and especially everyone at Spring Arbor where she absolutely loved living.
