Sadie was predeceased by her three husbands, Melvin Forehand, Ben Ottinger, & Thomas Stallings. She was an avid golfer. Surviving are her 3 children, Sue Smith (71), Don Forehand (69), and Melvin Forehand, Jr. (61); 4 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren. A Celebration of her Life will be held at her home, Sat, Jan. 13, 2018 from 2 – 4pm.
