Sally Ann Durbin (née James) passed away on June 17, 2024, at the age of 73 in Chesapeake, Virginia. She was born on March 21, 1951, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Edwin Carson and Najjia Joan James and her sister, Nancy Carter. She is survived by her husband Russell Durbin; children Steven Cline and wife Jade Cline, daughter Shannon Keuss and husband Peter Keuss, and Russell Durbin II and wife Deirdre Durbin; grandchildren Eric, Thomas, Aislinn, Nicholas, Mia, Katherine, Madeline, and Samuel; 7 great-grandchildren; her sister Ellen Turner, and her brother Edwin James. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
