A man of many talents, Scott dedicated his professional life to driving trucks for NFI, where he was known not just for his skill and dedication, but also for his warm smile and generous spirit. His career path also included service in the Air Force. He also earned a degree in engineering, exemplifying his commitment to learning and growth.
Scott’s love for music was infectious. Whether he was playing the guitar, piano, keyboards, or drums, his joy was palpable, and he found great fulfillment in attending concerts and working the lighting for them. His heart soared with the harmonies and rhythms that made life so rich.
Beyond the world of music, Scott was an exceptional chef, renowned for his culinary creations. He had a gift for bringing people together around the table, nourishing both body and soul with his delectable dishes.
A lifelong fan of Star Wars, Scott delighted in building models, each piece a testament to his creativity and attention to detail. His love for this galaxy far, far away was matched only by the depth of his imagination.
Scott is survived by his beloved common-law wife, Charlotte Doolittle, who stood by his side through life’s adventures. Together, they raised Blake, Brayden, and Brianne, offering them love and guidance for 18 years. Scott was also a devoted father to his adoptive children, Sean Kinnley, Raven Hadley, and Mary Newbill, serving as a role model and source of inspiration for them and many others.
His legacy extends to his cherished fur babies: Aspen, his 12-year-old chihuahua, and Daphne, his 16-year-old doxie, who were constant companions and a source of comfort and joy.
