Sheilah was predeceased by her parents Ralph Smith, Carolyn Smith, her Husband Carl Steven Davis and one grandson Alexander Shields.
She left behind three children, Jennifer Shields (D) Nancy Davis (D) and Wayne Davis (S) along with seven grandchildren, six brothers, one sister and numerous nieces and nephews.
She will be greatly missed by all.
