Continue ReadingSylvianne Dupuis Cossu, 92, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2022 in Chesapeake, VA. She was born on October 23, 1929 in Rueil Malmaison, France. She was a very generous person, always giving without expecting anything in return. She was a member of Le Club Francais de la Peninsule for many years.
Sylvianne was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Ignazio Cossu. Left to cherish her memory are her children: Mario Cossu (Daniela), Patrice Cossu (Lucy), Yves Cossu (Sandy), Bruno Cossu, and Anne-Marie Brooks (Kevin); 11 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
A private graveside will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Sylvianne’s honor to the ALS Association.
