Tara was born in Norfolk, Virginia, on February 11, 1970 to Joyce Parker Todd and Lewis P Todd. She was a graduate of Great Bridge High School and College of the Albemarle. For the past 14 years, Tara was an associate with Walmart in Virginia Beach where she will be missed by many of her co-workers who she considered to be her second family. Some of their fondest memories include her penchant for creative Halloween costumes and her love for quirky hats.
Tara leaves to cherish her memory: her father, Lewis P Todd (Lisa); son, Jacob Davis; brother, Lee Todd (Julie); nieces, Rachel Todd, Tiffany MacGeorge (Tommy), and Carlee Todd; and great-nephew, Thomas MacGeorge.
Tara was loved and will be missed by many. The family has chosen to follow Covid-19 health guidelines to protect the health and well-being of family and friends. A private family gathering to celebrate Tara’s life will be held at a later date.
