Continue ReadingTerry Dominquez, 73, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2023 in Norfolk, Virginia after a long illness. She was born in Boston, Massachusetts to George Comick and Anita Buckley on April 15, 1949.
Spending most her life in Norfolk, Terry became a passionate cook, working in popular restaurants, country clubs, and hotels. She was a gifted home decorator and was admired for her talent in making dried floral arrangements.
She never met a charitable cause she wouldn’t help, but she was especially fond of the work of St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and the ASPCA.
She is survived by her friend and companion of 40 years, Theresa L. Marriott; daughter, Jamie L. Caldwell of Shinnton, West Virginia; daughter Rachel Morrison and grandchildren of Freemansurg, PA.
In honoring Terry’s wishes there will be no services held. A special thank you to Dauita of Southern Tidewater and Geo Spirit Transport for the care they provided and their loving concern.
