Theodore (Ted) Marsh passed away on November 23^rd in Virginia Beach, VA. Ted was born on May 11^th, 1949, in Homer City, PA to Stella Blough and Lawernce Marsh. He was raised by his foster parents G. Elaine and Samuel Holt. Ted was an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts. He graduated from Homer Center High School in 1967. He studied business at IUP till 1969. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War. On July 17^th, 1971, he married Ann Marie Berlinghieri in Medford, MA. He worked and retired in 2015 from ComNet Communications where he traveled the country getting to see most of the states. He enjoyed Hunting, fly fishing, and spending time at the family camp in Potter County, PA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, foster parents, his sisters, Louise and Rose, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years Ann Marie, His daughter Cindy Ruggles, son Jeff Marsh and his wife Deanna, granddaughter Elana Ruggles, son-in-law Steven Ruggles and sisters-in-law Angela Murphy and Francis Lino. He is also survived by too many cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends to mention. He loved you all very much.
