Tobi was a devout Mormon who dedicated her life to her family and her community. She raised three wonderful children and found joy in nurturing the many young lives that passed through her home daycare center. Her professional journey was diverse and fulfilling, with significant roles at the Daily Press, the IRS, and as a supportive Army wife, a role that took her to various states including California, Washington, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas, and Hawaii.
Her humility and kindness were the cornerstones of her character. Tobi loved everyone she ever met, spreading warmth and compassion wherever she went. Her ability to find joy in the simplest things and her unwavering positivity were sources of inspiration to all who knew her.
