Trina was born in Norfolk, Virginia on July 27, 1964 to Oscar Aquino and Doris Sandy. She was a graduate of Bayside High School in Virginia Beach.
Trina met the love of her life, Eyad, at a mutual friend’s birthday party the summer of 1996. They wed on September 21, 2002 and devoted their love and attention to each other. They had no children.
In Trina’s younger years she was involved in dance from ballet to hula. In her later years she became a bookkeeper and then a massage therapist. In her spare time, she loved to travel, explore new places, volunteer with the Virginia arts festival, was an avid photographer, and devoted time to finding her family tree.
She will be forever missed by her loving husband, Eyad Haj, and her beloved dog, Nikki, as well as paternal half-brothers, Robert and Marvin Reyes, and a host of cousins and friends.
