Worked with Vance for many years at the NADEP, and never a day went by that he would greet you with a great big smile. If ever I was having a down day, he would always lift it up. I would definitely keep is memories alive when attending mass every Sunday. May god bless and care for all his family members, knowing that Vance is still alive and well.

I have known Champ for 48 years. Never knew a person that would take a job with such enthusiasm and complete it. I enjoyed fishing with him even when he sunk his boat but all ended well.
