William Arthur Rolfe

March 4, 1941 - June 16, 2023

After serving in the U.S. Air Force as a C-130 Crew Chief, Bill found his new home in Williamsburg. As a father he was always there offering support, laughs, encouragement and love that formed an unbreakable bond. He will be deeply missed.

Bill is survived by his wife Glenda, adult children Robert Wolfe and significant other, Michelle Morris, Deborah Extine and significant other, Donald West, Dean Curling and granddaughter, Lexi Philbates. He is also survived by his sister, Mary Rolfe and many more extended family members in Massachusetts & South Carolina.

The Rolfe Family wishes to thank the Hampton VA Medical Staff, Sentara Williamsburg Medical Staff and Williamsburg Hospice House for providing care and giving comfort to us all.

A service for immediate family and friends is to be determined. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Williamsburg Hospice House or Parkinson Foundation.

Glenda, I just heard of Bill's passing. My heart goes out to you and family and you are in my prayers. You had many years together and and I pray the happy memories bring you peace and comfort.

I was lucky enough to meet Bill on vacation in Virginia. On that one visit he proved to be a loving and kind man. He will be very missed. My love and prayers to Glenda (bonus mom) Deb and Lexi.
