William "Bill" M. Lloyd

William M. (Bill) Lloyd, 63, passed away October 25, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. Bill was born July 12, 1959 in Sewickley, PA to the late William E. and Carol A. Lloyd. Bill graduated from Hopewell Senior High School in Aliquippa, PA and Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Bill thoroughly enjoyed spending time with and entertaining his family and friends, cooking, gardening, completing home improvement projects, fixing things, working on cars, and reading.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving partner of 19 years Diana Sue Berry; his sister Dawn R. Golden and brother-in-law Duane; Diana’s sister Linda Moore; aunt Donna Berry and family; uncle Dean (Merry) Lloyd and family; aunt Cay Caveney (Eldred) and family and many other close family and friends.

The family wishes to thank the Cremation Society of Virginia for their support. A service to celebrate Bill’s life will be held at Hope Lutheran Church, 5350 Providence Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23464 on Monday, Dec. 05, 2022 at 11:30am. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the Hope for Life Rescue, Inc. (hopeforliferescue.com) or to a charity of your choice in Bill’s honor.
