It is with heavy heart in reading that Joey Vann has passed. He was my first true love. We dated for two years in Norfolk, Virginia. He was a great young man then and I am sure he went on to do great things. I have thought of him often over the years and am very saddened to hear of his passing. My condolensces to all his family, I remmeber Tanya as a young girl coming to visit. She loved Madonna. I hung out with her while Joey was at his new job at the Norolk Naval Shipyard., and my sympathies to all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Sincerely, Phyllis Armato
