William T. Miller, Jr., 70, died peacefully in his home, June 17, 2017, leaving his family heartbroken. Tom is survived by his two children, Katherine Miller Sebastian and William Thomas Miller, III, as well as his three grandchildren Charles E. Brown, III, Diana N. Brown and William Hunter Price. He is also survived by a sister, Grace Pulley.
Tom grew up in Hampton, Virginia and attended Hampton High School. He graduated from Thomas Nelson Community College and received his Bachelors Degree in Science from Christopher Newport University. He was employed at NASA-Langley Research Center as an Engineer. Later in life he became a Microsoft Instructor.
A memorial will be held on Saturday. Any donations should be made to the National Kidney Foundation at Kidney.org.
