Faye, I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. The two of you were one of the bright spots at Colonial Avenue, and we missed you after we left. Bill always had time for us, and was genuinely interested whenever we talked. His smile would like up a room! One of my favorite memories of Bill was when he put on the 'red suit' for the children of the church at Christmas. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Audra & Claude

Bill was an important part of the fabric of Freemason. He knew absolutely everyone and always had a cheerful greeting regardless of weather. He was interested in all of us. I will sorely miss hearing "how are Karen, Buzz and Lulu today?" And, knowing that it was not a rhetorical question. I am so sorry that he will no longer be with us and have tremendous sympathy for your loss.

Faye and family our deepest condolences. We got to know Bill by walking our dog(Puff Daddy) around the neighborhood. We always looked for Bill at the corner of Tazewell and Duke. What a kind and earnest man. Always enjoyed our conversations on family, The Rotary Club and life in general. May he rest in peace.

From your neighbors in #302 - we will truly miss seeing Bill sitting outside, conversing with passerbys. Coming home from work won't be the same without him there to wave to. Our condolences.
